We are Believers In Messiah and have joined ourselves to Jesus the Messiah through the lost Hebraic principle of the water baptism and the mysterious law of the conferring of the Spirit of Jesus. The water baptism of the Lord Jesus and the Spirit baptism of the Messiah are known as the two immersions of Jesus the Messiah. These two baptisms or immersions are part of the discipleship initiation for believing in and walking with Jesus and having a relationship with Him and the Father of Creation. Jesus reveals this when talking with Nicodemus saying, we must be born of the water and the Spirit in order to enter into the Kingdom of heaven (John 3).

This teaching unveils this discipleship mystery and confronts the Greek-Roman teaching on the Constantine water baptism of the Universal State Church which is void of any discipleship principle and has been removed from its original ancient Hebraic context and redefined as a baptism for Church Doctrine rather than being joined to Messiah Himself. As for the Spirit immersion of Jesus shown to us in the New Testament, the High Churches of State Christendom and the other cessationist groups believe it does not play a role in discipleship for the Believer and have unknowingly erased it from Apostolic teaching.

Where did Jesus and the Apostles get the practice and teaching of the water baptism from? Did they sit down one day and invent an expression for their theology in Messiah? You will discover that the New Testament water baptism is rooted in Hebraic principles from the Hebrew Scriptures that were applied to the faith of Jesus the Messiah. These ancient Jewish/Hebraic principles on water immersion have always stayed the same and will continue to carry the spiritual mysteries for the life of God.

The ancient water immersion practice was never practically explained in the Scriptures and was orally passed down through the community of Israel. If one had to examine the Jewish water immersion practices and compare them to the New Testament practice, we would come closer to discovering the mystery of the One Faith baptism into the Messiah and His Body (Church). We will discover how the water baptism was actually a discipleship initiation rite  which then brought the immersed disciple into Jesus the Messiah with His school or fellowship of disciples.
